Robert S. Duxstad

With more than 40 years of practicing law, Bob Duxstad offers clients unparalleled experience in representing their cases. His practice is focused on personal injury and civil litigation, business law, and criminal and traffic matters. Earning his reputation as a tenacious litigator and negotiator, Bob has recovered more than $10 million in damages for clients in the personal injury arena alone.

Bob understands the importance of discussing possible outcomes with clients to help them make informed decisions and achieve the most favorable results. Bob also draws on his broad legal insight to manage complex cases that may involve several areas of law. Over the years, clients have relied on Bob’s compassionate, trustworthy counsel to handle some of the most sensitive legal issues of both life and business.

Bob Duxstad has built his reputation on the belief that all of his clients should be treated with respect and honesty.  “I work with clients who are seriously injured, or who have other legal problems, by implementing a strategy which will be both beneficial and cost effective for them,” Bob says. “By working hard, applying my legal expertise and trial skills, and utilizing our office technology with an experienced staff, my goal is to have clients who are well-satisfied.”

While serving as Green County District Attorney, Bob started the law firm that is now Duxstad, Bestul & McNaughton. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin,  the Green County and Lafayette Bar Associations, and the Wisconsin Association for Justice.
