In September, Bob Duxstad attended a two day Dynamic Drunk Driving Defense Seminar sponsored by the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (“WACDL”). This intensive program on the defense of persons charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence included segments relating to proper blood draws, the science of gas chromatography, defense of driving under the influence of prescription drugs, collateral attacks on prior convictions, chain of custody issues, and the collateral consequences of a conviction for DWI. Bob Duxstad is a member of the WACDL and has handled OWI cases and criminal cases for over 37 years. WACDL is an organization formed to promote the proper administration of criminal justice; to foster and maintain the integrity, independence and expertise of the defense lawyer in criminal cases; and to encourage an unyielding concern for the protection of individual rights and due process.
